DIKARUDH ENTERPRISES
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 22 October 2026. These terms describe the general basis on which website support enquiries and agreed services are handled.
1. Enquiries and estimates
Contacting us does not automatically create a service contract. Before work begins, we aim to confirm the task, deliverables, price, estimated timeline, access requirements and any exclusions in writing.
2. Scope and changes
Work is limited to the scope agreed for the specific task. Additional requests, unexpected complications or new issues may require a revised estimate and timeline. We will seek approval before proceeding with additional chargeable work.
3. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for having the right to access and modify the website and its content. Please provide accurate instructions and arrange current backups before substantial changes. You should keep your hosting, domain, WordPress, plugin and theme subscriptions valid and retain control of your accounts.
4. WordPress troubleshooting
Troubleshooting is an investigation and repair service, not a guarantee that every issue can be resolved. Results depend on the website's code, hosting, plugins, themes, third-party services and available access. Hacked-site recovery, malware removal, server-level work, paid software, licensed assets and major custom development are excluded unless specifically agreed.
5. Backups and changes
Where practical, a backup should be made before work. Unless expressly included in the written scope, we do not promise to provide hosting backups, disaster recovery, uptime monitoring or emergency response. Clients should maintain their own backup and recovery arrangements.
6. Fees and payment
Fees, deposits, payment milestones and any applicable taxes will be communicated before work starts. Third-party costs such as domain renewal, hosting, premium themes, plugins, stock assets and external services are separate unless the written estimate says otherwise.
7. Timing and review
Timelines are estimates and may depend on access, client feedback and third-party providers. You should review completed work promptly and report issues that fall within the agreed scope.
8. Third-party services
We do not control WordPress, hosting companies, domain registrars, plugin vendors, payment gateways, search engines or other third-party platforms. Their availability, policies, pricing and functionality may change.
9. No guaranteed business results
We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, sales, uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device and third-party tool. SEO and technical outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.
10. Contact
For questions about a proposed task, contact dikarudhenterprises@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 98203 57473.
These general terms should be adapted to your actual payment, refund, delivery and support practices and reviewed for your circumstances before publication.
